Jacek is one of the most experienced leaders in the out-of-home logistics sector, with over 25 years of experience in e-commerce, courier services, marketing, CX and product development.
He played a key role in building and shaping major OOH networks, including InPost andAllegro One Box in the world’s most advanced and competitive parcel locker market - Poland - as well as contributing to international OOH projects in Europe, Hong Kong, Australia, Brazil, Chile, or Singapore. At InPost, he helped define the brand, product philosophy and customer experience standards behind the largest parcel locker network globally. Later, at Allegro, he led the development of own logistics products, combining product strategy, customer adoption, merchant acquisition and brand development.
Jacek is also the author of "The Ultimate Handbook For Successful Parcel Locker & PUDO Networks" - the first comprehensive guide on building large scale OOH Networks. Including vast case studies and analysis of the biggest industry pain points, and tools that help to deal with them.

Iryna is a product and delivery leader specialising in parcel locker software platforms. With more than five years of industry experience, she has contributed to the development and delivery of software used by postal operators, logistics providers and retailers across Europe.
At Modern Expo, she played a key role in developing software and on-demand features for major customers, including Royal Mail, Media Expert and Epicentr. Her work covers business analysis, product management, solution design, systems integration and software delivery.
Iryna also has experience coordinating electronics and embedded projects, giving her a strong understanding of how software and hardware must work together in real-world locker operations. She has participated in courier field studies and usability research focused on both customer and courier journeys.

Tobiasz is a technical leader specialising in quality engineering, operational reliability and lifecycle performance for OOH infrastructure. His background covers outdoor hardware, electrical engineering and electronics, giving him practical experience across the full network lifecycle - from prototype validation and deployment to nationwide maintenance operations.
He began his career in field service for the InPost network, later coordinated service operations for Allegro One Box and worked as Senior Operations Reliability Engineer within DHL’s locker ecosystem. In these roles, he focused on root-cause analysis, maintenance and installation procedures, technical improvements and network reliability.
At Modern Expo, Tobiasz leads quality and reliability activities, helping improve uptime, structural durability and total cost of ownership through clear quality standards and a first-time-right approach.

Arkadiusz is an interdisciplinary R&D leader with expertise across mechanics, electronics, electrical engineering, IT and refrigeration. He specialises in turning complex technical requirements into reliable, scalable automated hardware.
He spent more than nine years supporting the development of InPost’s parcel locker network. As Head of Testing and Product Development, and later as an R&D Department Expert, he played a key role in designing new locker generations, validating components and guiding products from concept through testing to field deployment.
Arkadiusz has led engineering test teams, developed end-to-end validation scenarios and introduced standardised quality procedures. Working closely with R&D, Production, IT and Service teams, he uses live network data to improve hardware reliability, simplify lifecycle management and prevent recurring field issues.

Serhii has more than 10 years of experience helping postal operators, CEP companies, retailers and logistics providers turn parcel locker networks into scalable business platforms.
At Modern Expo, he supports customers including Epicentr, Nova Post, Ukrposhta, Sameday, Rozetka, DPD and SmartPost. His work goes beyond hardware selection, covering deployment strategy, commercial models, technology choices and revenue logic adapted to each market.
Serhii specialises in revenue-boosting solutions that extend the role of parcel lockers beyond delivery. These include micromarkets, smart retail, charging infrastructure, advertising and other services that improve location economics and create additional value for operators and partners.

Sultana has over 10 years of experience in sales and six years of specialist expertise in partners retention and business development. Her background spans cloud solutions, logistics and payment systems, giving her a broad commercial perspective on partnership growth.
At Modern Expo, she helps clients develop and strengthen parcel locker networks by improving host acquisition, retention and long-term location value. She has extensive experience managing high-value portfolios, complex stakeholder relationships and major commercial agreements.
Previously, at Quadient, Sultana managed large-scale host partnerships across forecourts, retail and hospitality, including Co-op Group, Morrisons, MFG, Rontec, Shell and Stonegate Pubs. Her work focused on retaining strategic hosts, optimising locker space, identifying additional revenue opportunities and rolling out network extensions.
Earlier in her career, she also supported major client migrations and payment projects, including work with EDF and Monzo.
